- At Solona, we are committed to staying true to our core values of ethical practices and mindful re-stocking. To avoid overstock and minimize waste, we hold very little stock and produce some pieces on demand. Please allow anywhere from 1-20 days for production, processing, and shipping, depending on our stock levels. We appreciate your patience as we continue to create ethically and thoughtfully made fashion just for you.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Please allow 1-4 weeks for processing and delivery of your pre-order or made to order items.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
2. Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Free shipping on orders over 300$
3. International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
- Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout, based on your location.
